Docotrs’ Legacy Project (DLP) includes the Global Summits Institute, Inc. (GSI) and the Dental Hospital Association, Inc. (DHA) associated projects combined into an offering.
Revere Partners shall undertake all duties related to investment operations, including but not limited to due diligence, Investor Relations, SPV facilitation, and platform access for investor KYC/Accreditation, tax documentation, automated distributions and carry share capabilities.
Basket #2 is a target $2 Billion investment opportunity.
The minimum investment threshold for this basket is set at a $500,000 USD total commitment which will be distributed across DLP.
The minimum investment threshold for an individual project in this basket is set at $100,000 USD total commitment.
The offering documents by each entity dictate the terms for that equity position offered, as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
GSI And DHA’s leadership(s) have a vested interest in Basket #2 projects.
