Introducing our Basket opportunities, a collection of investment opportunities totaling an estimated $6 million, showcasing six carefully selected companies. The minimum investment threshold for this basket is set at $10,000 USD total commitment, evenly distributed among all Basket Members. Eligibility is restricted to accredited investors.

Global Summits Institute, LLC invites select companies for each basket.
Revere Partners shall undertake all duties related to investment operations, including but not limited to due diligence, Investor Relations, SPV facilitation, and platform access for investor KYC/Accreditation, tax documentation, automated distributions and carry share capabilities.
Basket #1 is a target $6 Million investment opportunity.
- The minimum investment threshold for this basket is set at $10,000 USD total commitment which will be evenly distributed across all Basket Members.
- Must be accredited investor(s).
- The offering documents by each entity dictate the terms for that equity position offered, as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
Global Summits Institute, LLC owner(s), its regents and chairs have a vested interest in each of these entities in Basket #1.
Neither of the companies in Basket #1 have a vested interest in the Global Summits Institute, LLC.
